Mold Removal and Prevention Price Guidelines
We aim to offer high-quality mold removal and prevention services, commonly used in hospitals and commercial facilities, at fair and accessible prices for private homes.
Although our headquarters are in Osaka, Kyoto, and Hyogo, we also have a branch in the Kanto region. Rest assured, prices in the Kanto area are not higher than those in Kansai.

Payment Methods
Mold Removal Process
For locations in Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo, or Kanagawa, we can conduct an on-site inspection as soon as the same day. We will accurately assess the mold situation and propose the most suitable removal method
Inquiry and On-Site Inspection
We offer same-day on-site inspections to identify the cause of the mold. In some cases, we can provide a quote on the spot.
We also provide a simple mold inspection sheet during the visit to help determine the cause of mold growth.
Provision of Quotes
Based on the mold analysis from the on-site inspection, we will send a quotation via email or LINE. The validity of the quote is three months.
Contract and Scheduling
If you agree with the quote, we will arrange the schedule.
Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, we can adjust the hours upon request, so please consult with us in advance.
Mold Removal Work
We will arrive on-site around 9:00 AM on the scheduled day. By approximately 5:00 PM, we will complete the mold removal, prevention measures, and provide recommendations for improving the environment. Afterward, we will hand you the invoice.
Note: The invoice payment deadline is within five business days from the service date.
